Slip is in good shape with minor shelf-wear; some minor scratches or indentations, one minor abrasion on the front cover, small amounts of whitening. However, there are strips of scotch tape over the top and bottom of the slip (removal was not attempted except on the bottom to extract the cassette for inspection, though the tape on the slip itself still remains).
